Memorial Weekend

We spent our Memorial weekend in Las Vegas. We decided to adventure out and see something new. We visited the Hoover Dam and the new bridge they are building near it. It was so incredible to see and we were all amazed at the engineering of the bridge. We spent a little time on the strip and on Fremont Street. Beck loved seeing all the big hotels. Especially the tower hotel (stratosphere). I loved spending the weekend with my family and enjoying the beautiful weather. It is always great to see Scott and Melissa and their kiddos and cannot wait until they move up our way next month.

Swim Lesson's

We had some fun pool time after out swim lessons. Hailey stayed with us for the week and we had a lot of fun with her.

Preschool Program

Super Stars Preschool wrapped up their year with a special program. Beck did a fantastic job. He sang the songs and danced around. He even participated with the Going on a Bear Hunt song. I am going to miss picking Beck up and having him walk the path out to the cars with his class. He always is so happy to share with me what he did that day. I am glad we have one more year with Mrs. Lindley before the big K.

Another Hidden Talent

Candice promised her niece Mykell that she would make balloon dogs at her birthday party. So an hour before the party she watched a YouTube video and made these up for the boys. Wow between Jon juggling fire and Candice making balloon creations we will soon have a circus. Stay tuned for other secret hidden family talents. Beck talks a lot about people blasting off in cannons so maybe uncle Zach will cover this one for us.

Hidden Talent

Did you know that my man Jon is a juggler??? Not only does he juggle clubs, balls or sometime cupcakes......but he juggles FIRE oooohhhaaahhhh. Yes Fire! On rare occasions he is eager to share his talent. I am impressed!

Mother's Day

Cinco De Mayo

We had a great Cinco De Mayo party at our house. It was full of great friends, Carne Asada, Cinnamon Crustos, Pina Coladas, Yummy dessert, Pinata, and of course the Mexican Horse Race. " Whoof Arted " Leslie?

5 Little Monkeys

Party in the boys room! The kids love to jump off Beck's bed onto Ira's. All fun til one bonks their head.

Clark Planetarium

Our family took a little trip to the Clark Planetarium. Beck loved it. Jon on the other hand was not impressed at all. Beck has such a strong interest in planets and space. In the gift shop Beck picked himself up a new spaceship and Jon picked up a science project. He bought a piece of plastic that holds two two liter bottles together so that you can create a tornado with water. Needless to say Beck has been asking non stop questions about Tornado's.

Who is the kid with Beck? Heck I don't know. Right as we were about to take the picture this kid popped up next to Beck. Beck certainty does not seem to mind his new pal.

Aquarium

We had the best day today at the aquarium. Beck spent the night at GG's house and so she brought him to meet up with us at the aquarium. GG got a kick out of how excited the boys were to show her all around the place. They boys loved to see the new penguins and watch them swim and jump up out of the water. The perfect rainy, cold day activity.

Lehi Fun

Lehi power and fire department had a little function with hot dogs and fun rides up high in the air with the power truck. We had a lot of fun with the Shin and Haynie Families. Not to mention that Peach Bomb at Emmet's afterwards.

Drew Boy goes to Prom

Our little Glue went to Prom. Dad since you are living the life of a pirate I thought I would post you a few pictures of your Drew. Hope you are enjoying the Caribbean and come home to us one day.

It's a guy thing

We caught the boys doing this from across the park. Fortunately for the camera on hand. It was hilarious. No shame.

Ruby's Blessing Day

April 18th was a beautiful day for a blessing. Jon did a wonderful job and we were grateful to have so many loved ones there.
