Jess is very happy today because she is having a girl. I would show you the pictures to confirm that, but Ruby believes in modesty. Instead, you will have to settle for her Halloween costume as a skull along with the obligatory picture of her sucking her thumb. Her chin seems pretty pointed, so I'm hoping she avoids my butt chin.

Wheeler Farm

We met up with the Castleton's at Wheeler farms today. We love when we get to see Cassie, Eisley and baby Max. Also for those David Archuleta fans out there. Apparently he does his jogging around the farm so he ran by us a time or two. Too bad I know nothing about him. I know my nieces will appreciate that I saw him. I almost took his picture but he was all gross and sweaty and who wants to see that.





The Geese were a little over bearing. They all swarmed us and the kids were a little nervous. One tried to get the bread from Ira and nipped his finger as well as a turkey who gave him a nip when you stuck his little fingers trough the fence.
Ira:" No biting turkey"
This made him feel a little better.

Pineview

We took the Haynie's and the Hemming's boating with us up at Pineview. It was a beautiful September day. We had a lot of laughs and are very grateful that Heather and Leslie braved the tube together. I must say hilarious! What fun families to spend a day on the lake with.

Havasupai

Jon got to spend the Labor Day weekend at Havasupai. He along with his two brothers, Candice and Dave, and Seth and Melissa. They had a great time and all survived the hard hike.







Jon and Matt hiked the 16 miles to where Havasu Canyon meets the Colorado River.

Beckham goes to PreSchool

Our Beck boy is now a Preschooler. He has really grown so much this year and turned into such a great little boy. He is so responsible and takes such good care of Ira. He loves life and being on the go. He was so happy to be going to school. We have talked about it for a while and the day has finally come. I am so glad he gets to go to Mrs Lindley ( my friend Jessica). She will be so fantastic, and he is a lucky boy to have her as a teacher.

Mom: " Beck, Ira and I will miss you when you leave us and go to school"
Beck: "But I will come back "
Beck: " When do I get to leave you and go to school?"

Farm Day

Doing what we like

The boys love to go to the Lehi pool. They are little fish. Ira loves to go down the slide and crash into the water at the end. Each time he is at the top he makes sure he waves and says "hi" to mom. Beck has gotten really good at swimming and likes to jump off the edge and swim to me. He is learning to take breathes along the way. i love watching him kick trough the water to me. Just another sign he is growing up.
