For Sale

We were at the park the other day and some kids were selling candy. The kids thought that was a brillian way to get some money. So the gathered all our left over food and put a sale sign on it. Needless to say they made nothing. Strange, not sure why people would not want a half eaten bag of cheetos. I bought Beck some Otter Pops to sell.

Moab

Moab was fantastic. The Lehi group did it right. With 12 little kids in tow, we did it all. Each spot was gorgeous. We also lucked out by finding a fantastic swimming hole in the river. We jumped off rocks and slid down the natural waterfall. Beck was really in his element. He ran up and down Delicate Arch. Never tiring from the heat. He remembered each Arch and rock we stopped to see. We had a surprise visit from the Carr's. It was a riot to see them. We made a quick stop at Canyonlands. Can't wait to go back.

Pray For Clara

My friend Chelsea, has a darling little 2 year old niece who was recently diagnosed with High-Risk stage 4 Neuroblastoma cancer. She needs many many prayers. Please look at this blog and remember Clara!

You will instantly fall in love with this beautiful little girl. She actually remind me a lot of our Ruby . Clara and her family have inspired me as a Mother to never take my children for granted. Also to have Faith. She has taught me to have more patience and love. This little 2 year old stranger, has given my boys a better understanding of prayer and service. Last night Jon was saying our family prayer. He blessed all those who are in need. After the prayer Beck ran to my side and told me that Dad forgot to bless Clara. I thought that experience was so precious. That Beck would have a desire to pray for a little girl that he does not even know. All because he knew she was very sick and needed our prayers.
Pray for Clara.

I took this picture off of her blog. She is staring at the outside world through her hospital window.

Family Bike Night

Way to go Beck. 2-Wheels. I guess this is one more step in growing up. Jon informed me last night that Beck has already lived 1/3 of the life he will live with us under our roof. Yah don't remind me of that sort of stuff. We had a great family night out riding around.
