All Aboard

Papa and Grandma Helm took us on the Polar Express adventure tonight. Beck has been in love with the Movie for many years. It was really fun to get the boys all dressed up in their PJ's and robes and hipe up our adventure. Beck was really concerned about possible hills and acceleration. He was mesmerized and stared out the window the entire time.

Thanksgiving

My Grandma and Grandpa Walker always do a early Thanksgiving dinner for the Helm families. It is a tradition to have GG's Thanksgiving cooking and play Aunt Shelly's Bingo. We love spending time with everyone.

Our next tradition is to go up to Boise to spend Thanksgiving day with the Casos family. We always look forward to spending time with them each year. Holly is such a fantastic hostess. She makes an amazing meal on Thanksgiving. We had a great day and late late night together. The next day we went to Festival of Trees. Beck and Ira ran around with the girls doing a scavenger hunt. He and Ira were in their heaven with so much attention. We rounded up the night with a divine meal at Donnie Mac's (Diner's,Dive's, and Drive In's). What a great trip.

Ruby Sue

Little Ruby girl has many names. One of my favorites is when Ira calls her Ruby Sue. No, her middle name is not Sue.... He just likes the ring of it and I'm sure has picked it up from us sometime. Well, Ruby Sue is such a doll. We really are so in love with this baby girl. Even though she is not cuddly. Jon felt bad that he has a baby girl that will never cuddle. Sometimes I have to go and rock her after she has fallen asleep just to cuddle her. I really think she is looking so much like the boys with a little touch of myself and her Daddy's eyelashes. I also think she has a touch of her Auntie Candice in her. Especially the shape of her eyes. Lucky girl!

Where Is Ira Sleeping?

Sometimes Ira likes to get out of bed in protest. I usually find him asleep in one of these two spots. It would really crush him to know that I do always find him. Right now he is soundly sleeping underneath Beckham's bed. I still have not decided whether I will leave him or crawl under and pull him out.

When we are home, Ira is in a routine of sleeping with his blankie and of course a BABA. I say this because he is not so attached that it travels anywhere with us.Now I know he is THREE. Yes, he had a bottle. Today he threw a fit in the car and threw Ruby's at me. In retaliation I told him I threw it out the window and so they are gone. We will see how that goes. The thing is Ira takes a great nap everyday with the help of his BABA. If he stops napping I will be handing the bottle back. Something I am not willing to give up.
